Our office has a cat that has adopted us - his name is Jack. He moved in just before Christmas, and since then has made us all his slaves... The patients love him too, so apart from his need to lounge on the chair you are about to sit in, and the tripping hazard he poses, life is perfect!
Hi guys! This year I'll be putting up fewer shots, but hopefully improving the quality at the same time. Sort of a 'best of' if you like. This community is terrific in so many ways - I love it even if I don't often comment. The people on here make it a great place to be. @Jerry: Thanks, it was a new process for doing B&W shots, including a separate layer for dodging and burning, learned a lot with this image.

@Daroru: It was relatively easy to get close to him, he was snoozing in the in-tray and was far too lazy to move, even to the point where the letters were being filed on top of him!!
Dogs have owners... cats have staff :) Good image.

@MontereyJohn: Don't they just!! Slaves more like! Winston Churchill once said that he preferred pigs because dogs look up at you, cats look down on you, and pigs look you straight in the eye!

@Jen: I am slave to just one, but have had a series of cats who have ordered me about. He's just lovely, and very happy to have a multitude of staff to serve him at our work - 20 employees and a string of patients who attend the Centre.

@Suby: Thank you, he was a very cooperative model, as all models are when they're given a nice warm place to sleep and a bowl of food! Think you could use those tips for your models?!
