Although it looks sunny and lovely, the temperature that morning was -1C, rising I think to about 4C at the time of the swim, but this little boy was quite happy. Not sure what the water temperature was, but I can tell you in summer it never gets much above 15C...
Mad I tell you, mad. The kid didn't mind.

This year I'll be putting up fewer shots, but hopefully improving the quality at the same time. Sort of a 'best of' if you like.
