droplets

I'm not so happy with this one, but it was the only one that turned out from a whole morning of snapping lupins...sigh... sometimes the best photographs are the spontaneous ones!!

Hi guys!
This year I'll be putting up fewer shots, but hopefully improving the quality at the same time. Sort of a 'best of' if you like.
This community is terrific in so many ways - I love it even if I don't often comment. The people on here make it a great place to be.

I know what you mean Bronnie about spending so much time then discovering you really have not much of anything to show for the effort. Sigh. But sometimes we are own worst enemies... as in we are too critical of what we do. Lecture over. Now this shot is really great. I really like the lighting which showcases the droplets so well and that wonderful green. It's a lot better than you think!!!

You have some wonderful shots up here Bronnie! Sorry I haven't visited for a long time - been up and down with health and other commitments! I have been going backwards from your most recent pictures - you have some great ones up here on your Photoblog. I find it sad that sometimes there is not one comment on a really great photo! However, I find it much the same when I am not up to posting to everyone else. I guess it gets to be too much of a full time occupation posting and replying to regular people who visiit our sites - that nobody often has time to look at other ones. It's a case of out of mind - out of sight! Although, I must admit that sometimes out of the blue I get comments from people who have just seen something of mine on the Community page thumbnails.

Anyway, keep up the good work! Your daughter, and your work with her, is absolutely amazing! I absolutely love the ones with the farm animals - adoranble! The old barns aren't to bad either! By the way, your Lupin up above is a great depiction of the leaves with its droplets. (It is now our Autumn and I planted some Lupins among other seeds that I brought back from Butchart's Gardens - so hoping they will thrive next Spring and survive the Winter here! They are now about 2½ inches high in a planter box - so now I am wondering how to protect them when the cold comes - they are so tiny and fragile. I need a Macro to photograph these) Hope you are well. Haven't gone any further back than this, and saw no mention of how you are doing?
